Nachdem das Interesse einiger Länder nicht mehr gegeben war, einigten sich Dionysos und Ratelon darauf, den sogenannten &#039;&#039;&#039;Klauther Vertrag&#039;&#039;&#039; zu zweit zu unterzeichnen.<br /> <br /> Tir Na nÒg trat dem Vertrag am 05.12.2004 bei.<br /> <br /> ==Klauther Vertrag==<br /> Der Klauther Vertrag wurde am 31.7.2004, mit über zweieinhalbmonatiger Verspätung in [[Klauth]] von Ratelon und Dionysos unterschrieben. Die Unterschrift unter den Vertrag besiegelt die Mitgliedschaft in der IMA.<br /> <br /> Der Vertrag regelt die gegenseitigen Beziehungen der IMA-Länder. Insbesondere erkennen sich die Teilnehmerländer voll gegenseitig an, ermöglichen den Personen- und Warenverkehr untereinander und verzichten auf unerwünschte militärische oder geheimdienstliche Aktionen im Gebiet der Mitgliedsländer.<br /> <br /> Der Vertrag sieht außerdem alle drei Monate Treffen der Regierungschefs vor, bei denen der Erfahrungsaustausch und die Weiterentwicklung des Vertrags im Vordergrund stehen.</div>
